Non Status Car Leasing

Ok, what is non status car leasing? Well non status car leasing falls into the following categories

Non Status
Bad Credit
Adverse Credit

All amounts to the same thing, you may have had credit issues in the past, and need a vehicle and are now concerned that this might not be possible.

We have spent the last 6 years putting together a package for non status clients, where they might have previously had problems.

If you feel that you fall into the category of non status (and in the current economic climate, take a look around - there are plenty of people that do) and you are getting turned down for finance and leases we can definatley help.

Firstly, and most importantly - if you know that you have issues on your credit file, that would mean that you would get declined for finance under normal circumstances, stop applying now. Its is really important to stop adding searches to your file. We know how it happens, you 'give it a go' or 'they might miss the CCJ'. Promise...they wont, and its another search.

Imagine a room full of your friends, and a guy walks in and asks to borrow £10 until next week. But 10 of your friends tell you not to lend the money, as they have told him no before - you wouldn't lend would you? Thats what happens when an underwriter sees an application with 10 or 12 declines from other underwriters on it. It doesn't even go down to discretion, so the most important thing to do is stop applying and causing more damage to your credit file.

The first port of call is to speak to our resident Non-Status advisor - Ted Crofts (extension 203). With an extensive career in financial services, he has seen it all - and can discuss your circumstances without any prejudice. Ted will discuss what you are trying to achieve and why you might have been declined up until this point.

He will then detail an action plan (this is all free by the way) for how you might go about entering into a contract before even considering proposing you for finance.

He will also make sure you are absolutley sure of what you want before continuing further, there is absolutley no point in obtaining a finance contract if you do not want a vehicle, this also does not look good to a potential lender.

Can We Offer Non Status Leasing/Finance?

In short, if you can answer yes to the following questions - you can be pretty sure we can get you a vehicle

1. Can you afford it?
2. Are you a UK resident?
3. Are you traceable at your current address? - proofs will be required.

And we have enough experience to place you in the right vehicle and contract for your circumstances.

Ted is available from 09:00 until 18:00 Monday to Friday on 0845 643 1360 ext 203, and is more than willing to offer impartial advice - without a pressured sale.

hi,

i was just wondering if i would need a deposit to even get accepted???
Ted Crofts  - Mr   |80.175.10.xxx |2009-02-23 16:12:21
Hi Stuart,
you would definately need to be able to make an initial payment -
usually around 4x the monthly payment + Fees.
For a car costing around £200
per month you would need around £800 + fees of around £300.
Bob Martin  - Mr   |90.195.90.xxx |2009-03-02 17:46:30
Hi, If I were to progress a vehicle purchase through the PCP scheme, would I be
able to put a personalised reg. number on it....?
Ted Crofts  - Mr   |80.175.10.xxx |2009-03-16 09:38:10
Hi Bob,

apologies for not replying sooner, have been enjoying some
R&R.

You can put personal number plate on a car with most of our non-status
funders, either on Contract purchase, PCP or straight lease. Just requires a
simple form.

HI DO YOU OFFER LEASES TO ADI'S ?
S  - Miss   |86.135.153.xxx |2009-03-15 19:20:55
Hello - I know I have bad credit, can someone act as a gaurantor for me on a
personal Contract Hire?

p.s - I'm impressed with your FAQ's, user rating
facility and blogging, you obviously have someone who knows what they are doing
in charge of your website.
Ted Crofts  - Mr   |80.175.10.xxx |2009-03-16 09:40:54
Hi,

We can get you a guaranteed acceptance, but can't stand or act as
guarantor ourselves. If you want to find out more then feel free to give me a
call to discuss how this could work for you.
mike  - mr   |86.166.221.xxx |2009-03-18 16:43:41
i am bankrupt can i get car finance
David   |80.175.10.xxx |2009-06-10 09:45:33
Sort of...

You will not be able to enter into any sort of finance agreement,
however you may be able to enter into a rental style agreement.

We often can
organise mid-long term rental agreements for clients.
James  - Mr   |82.29.109.xxx |2009-03-31 10:40:16
Hello Ted,

Are adverse credit lease payments the same as those without credit
problems, or is there a premium on this? (as well as the larger deposit which I
presume is also related).

Regards,

James.
David   |80.175.10.xxx |2009-06-10 09:47:32
Sometimes the payments can be the same, but more often than not - due to the
higher risk, non status payments are more expensive.

usually this will also
affect the deposit, however currently we have negotiated with a funder for
reduced deposits. not sure how long that will go on for though.
Lisa1985  - Miss Lisa   |77.102.45.xxx |2009-05-04 20:46:54
Can bankrupts still get finance? If so, do you know of any sites/lenders who
offer this?
Thank you
David   |80.175.10.xxx |2009-06-10 09:48:26
In certain circumstances, please see reply above.
Duncan  - Mr   |90.191.219.xxx |2009-05-11 07:25:02
Hello

I am a UK citizen who has lived abroad for 17 years. I have not had a UK
address since 1992. I am now arranging to return to the UK to set up a business
with funds earned outside the UK which I shall be transferring into a new
company.

Bearing in mind that I will have had no address for such a prolonged
period and the company will be completely new-start will I be able to qualify
for non-status leasing? Deposit etc. will not be any problem and I could even
consider pre-paying a 12-month contract if that would be of any
benefit.

Regards

Duncan
David   |80.175.10.xxx |2009-06-10 09:50:08
Duncan

The most important thing with your case, will be traceability.

When you
arrive here, will you be buying a house? If so this will help.

Also, providing
as much supporting evidence to make you traceable will assist greatly.
andy  - mr   |86.138.246.xxx |2009-05-19 22:04:50
i`ve been trying to get a new car but companys i`ve spoken turn me down.i no i

tying.im in full time employment.
Tim Riches   |80.175.10.xxx |2009-08-17 14:26:09
Hi Andy,

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you, are you on the
electoral roll at your current as you may be experiencing not being traceable
which is a big point for many finance companies
James  - Mr.   |93.190.187.xxx |2009-06-10 00:51:22
hi can I get a lease without a driving license as Im the wage earner but my wife
does the driving ???????
David   |80.175.10.xxx |2009-06-10 09:53:15
Hi Andy

We can almost certainly help provided you are a uk citizen, can afford
the vehicle, are not bankrupt and you are traceable.

We will not propose you
for finance unless we believe that we can get you approved. To prepare well for
your enquiry, please have to hand proofs of address, ID and income.
Tim Riches   |80.175.10.xxx |2009-08-17 14:28:32
Hi James,

Yes you can have a lease in your name but for your partner to
driving the vehicle, in most cases the finance company will ask for a copy of
your passport and an extra utilty bill.
Vahram papazyan  - mr   |92.243.167.xxx |2009-06-16 18:14:27
Hi i am a uk resident, i am trying to get finance to get a new car but since i
am not on the voting pole every one is regecting me. my experian ratig is 999
and i have a very high sallery.
Tim Riches   |80.175.10.xxx |2009-08-17 14:36:15
Vahram,

This is going to be a major problem as all funders will require you
to be traceable on the electoral roll at your current address and
historically.
The best advise is to register on the electoral roll and contact
us in a couple of months and we can have a look at your whole case and try to
get you into a vehicle.
carig  - advice   |93.97.169.xxx |2009-06-17 14:24:52
i have a really poor credit rating,so for the past year ive been renting a car
at £125 a week, would like to lease but dont think ill b able 2.do u think if i
provide bank statemeents with proof of paying, this would help?? cheers
Tim Riches   |80.175.10.xxx |2009-08-17 14:44:52
Carig,

We can in most cases help on 99% of cases, now with some supporting
information we should be able to help, information that you will need to send is
two months bank statements, two utility bills, driving licence and passport. The
two major things for a funder is traceability and affordability now if we can
prove you can afford the monthly payments and that they can trace you at
addresses you have lived at we can help.
If you need any more information
please feel free to contact me.
gary  - mr   |94.196.238.xxx |2009-06-24 15:36:16
hi i have really bad credit can you help if so how long would it all take
Tim Riches   |80.175.10.xxx |2009-08-17 14:46:41
Hi Gary,

Yes we can see previous post, process can take anything from 5 days
to 12 weeks depending on the vehicle and getting all the supporting information
as soon as possible.
dylan  - dylan   |82.69.133.xxx |2009-06-30 13:34:43
hi ted,
i have a car on fianance can i still get a car on lease
Tim Riches   |80.175.10.xxx |2009-08-17 14:49:18
Hi Dylan,

There is no reason why you could not have another vehicle, alot of
households have more than one vehicle.
Sue Davies  - guaranteed   |80.47.224.xxx |2009-07-04 22:28:51
my credit is rubbish because of my ex and diffiulites we got into when married
is it guaranteed or not ?
Tim Riches   |80.175.10.xxx |2009-08-17 14:53:53
Hi Sue,

I am not total sure of what you mean, if you mean is it guaranteed
acceptance in all honesty no but 99% of the time yes we can get approved for
finance, if you see the above replies you will see the information that we will
need to look at a non status lease, I hope this helps if I have the wrong end of
the stick please let me know and I will be more than happy to help.
wally  - mr   |81.145.161.xxx |2009-08-13 13:49:24
hi- was just wondering with the scrappage scheme going on, if i have a very bad
credit would i be able to get a lease on the scheme
Tim Riches   |80.175.10.xxx |2009-08-17 14:59:19
Mr Wally,

Yes we could do a Scrappage Scheme on a non status lease but the
contract would have to be Hire Purchase as the rules on scrappage allowance are
that the new vehicle must have the end user on the V5 document on Personal
Contract Hire the finance company is registered owner.
So you would have to
have a Hire Purchase where at the end of the lease you would own the vehicle
outright.

Hi,

I am a discharged bankrupt (1 year) and I have been in the same job for
10 years. i would like to consider leasing a prestige car rather than try and
purchase one (finance) which I know will be turned down. I have the required
deposit, income proof, utlility biils etc. would you be able to help?

Kind
regards
Tim Riches   |80.175.10.xxx |2009-08-20 10:31:27
Hi Kelvin,

Yes we can help as previous posts, traceability and affordability
are two major key points, If you send me your contact details I will email over
exactly what you will need to supply and we can start looking at vehicles have
you an idea of a vehicle?

I look forward to hearing from you soon.
vicki  - mrs   |149.254.218.xxx |2009-08-21 11:09:46
i have just returned back to work after 12 mnth non paidmaternity leavve and
only have 1 wage slip and my husband has only been in his job a few weeks we
have a ccj can we still get accepted
Tim Riches   |80.175.10.xxx |2009-08-21 11:58:36
Vicki,

Payslips are not essential the funders tend to want to see upto date
bank statements as this will show trends in affordability. Which will allow them
to make a decision on the case. So yes we should be able to help they may want
to see more information to support the application if you drop me a quick email
at tim.r@ultracar.co.uk I can email exactly what the funder will require.
sam  - mr   |86.137.15.xxx |2009-08-22 14:13:23

accomadtion so it changes all the time we will be living here for at least 5
years now but could provide army details and regiment if that would be helpfull.
Tim   |80.175.10.xxx |2009-08-24 12:38:06
Hi Sam,

We should be able to help, the fact you can supply supporting
information is always a plus point, I think the best thing to do is drop me a
quick call and we can have a quick chat about your residential history and see
if we can help but I am sure we can do.
Jane  - IVA and leasing   |86.142.96.xxx |2009-09-06 19:33:36
I successfully completed an IVA 2 years ago and am hoping to get a car allowance
shortly through work and would like to lease a car from you. Is this possible
with the past credit problems? I have no outstanding debts but when applied for
a credit card I am declined?
Tim   |80.175.10.xxx |2009-09-08 11:47:22
Hi Jane,

Thank you for your comment, it sounds like you are getting the
effects of the IVA history as it will/should still show on your credit file, but
the simple answer is yes we can help, the funder may require some sort of
evidence that the IVA has been completed. Best thing to do is drop me a quick
call or am email.
Anonymous  - insurance   |212.183.136.xxx |2009-09-09 18:36:08
is their any insurance when taking out a lease car or do you have to apply for
that yourself thank you
Tim   |80.175.10.xxx |2009-09-17 17:15:59
Unfortunately we cannot offer Insurance on a lease, you would have to find your
own Insurance.
Claire  - Debt Management Plan   |87.112.81.xxx |2009-09-13 15:15:49
Hi Tim,
I am currently on a debt management plan and therefore have a bad credit
history.
I have just earned a promotion at work which includes company car
allowance. I don't have evidence of new wage as the role has just started, but
need a car. (lease hire preferably).
Are you able to help?
Thanks
Tim   |80.175.10.xxx |2009-09-17 17:23:51
Hi Claire,

Yes we should be able to help, if you are in a debt management
scheme or an IVA you may have to supply documentation about how much the company
will allow you to spend on a vehicle.
Susan Rowland  - Miss   |82.7.231.xxx |2009-09-17 16:19:59
Hi, my car's getting a bit old now, X reg and was wondering what repayments
would be like on a new economical budget end of market car. I would be
interested in HP or lease/personal contract. I am self employed. My credit is
up to date except my mortgage, 1 mth behind. Also would I be better waiting till
I get my mortgage back up to date.
Many thanks for your help
Tim   |80.175.10.xxx |2009-09-18 10:36:28
Hi Susan,
I do not think there is a reason to wait until you get your mortgage
back upto date, I assume that you have made some sort of arrangement with your
mortgage provider? I would suggest that we look at a PCP (Personal Contract
Purchase) contract this give you the option to purchase the vehicle at the end
of the contract if you wish, if you drop me a quick email I can send over some
quotations on new economical vehicle.
